Liners

Belted undergarments
Belted undergarments combine a liner with a belt or strap that can be worn with or without regular underwear. They offer the flexibility of replacing a liner or pad as needed, while still providing the support of the belt.
Briefs
According to National Incontinence, adult briefs, or protective underwear, are “more like disposable pull-ups and reusable underwear.” Adult briefs vary in degrees of absorbency from light to heavy-duty and have moisture-wicking capabilities, as well as odor control.
